It offers proximity to the beach, the Croisette (500m) and tranquility. It offers a beautiful bedroom with a choice of two twin beds or a 180 cm double bed and a large living room with a convertible sofa.

Located either on ground floor or 1st floor or 3rd floor (with elevator) the apartment is very spacious for a 2-room apartment and has been completely renovated and redecorated by a renowned interior designer.
Its kitchen is fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The location of the apartment is ideal for enjoying Cannes, the Croisette and getting to the Palais des Festivals (1.8 km - 20 minutes walk or 12 minutes by car or bus) and to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Golf Juan.
