Size of caravan was good was clean and tidy location and site good distance to beach.
Slight problem with shower boiler not lighting some minor points unable to light grill, iron was leaking when used some fridge missing front door racks basic maintenance required curtain rail in main bedroom hanging off over head cupboards not staying open in kitchen bedroom cupboard doors hinges not attached found table to be a little large for living area. Site services swimming pool pricing is wrong it was £5 per person not £4 & £2 as told in email message swimming session only 45mins. Advertisement on website site failed to mention football area at rear of caravan so if you are looking at a quiet stay it won't happen as been used from 8am till last light. Club house is card payment only no cash at all.

Great for families, in the middle of a caravan park with playground, football court and other activities. Very close to the beach. Very good value for money (cheaper than similar caravans in the area). The caravan had everything we needed, nice hot shower, cooking facilities, mains water, TV, good WiFi. Easy check in and out with lockbox
There was no frying pan in the kitchen facilities. We managed to do a fry up with the 3 saucepans though!

Beds wasn’t made just bedding thrown on beds…no sweeping brush or hoover for caravan…no frying pan just basic essentials wasn’t there! Table and chairs took up your much space
