The property was clean and comfortable. Its location was perfectly located near the gate to Rocky Mountain National Park. We saw lots of wildlife throughout the community in which the house is located. I loved staying here and would certainly stay again. Great place!!!
A binder was left with information about the property and surrounding resources. In the binder it stated to place the trash in bear proof trash cans but there were no trash cans outside to place the trash. However, I contacted the owner and was instructed what to do with the trash. So it really wasn’t a big deal.
