Location, clean. Nice products. Did not see any staff so neutral comment. Good value for money, close to beach.

Was easy to check in. I loved not having a key to worry about. I liked the soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and herbal teas. I liked how clean it was. I liked the styling and lighting. I liked that I could walked easily to shops, a supermarket and the beach. I loved making myself a cup of tea in the morning and walking to the beach to enjoy it. I liked the customer service. I liked the later standard checkout. I liked being able to check in later.

I live in a more rural area with double glazed windows so I found it to be noisy. To be fair, I might find this in most urban settings. The planes woke me up. I would have liked some black tea bags as I’m not a coffee drinker and love some morning caffeine.

Close to the beach and estuary. Easy to find. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

Only a bench seat in the room. Would have liked a comfy chair.

Good location near the beach and walkable to restaurants and cafes. Self check-in and an app to swipe into the room is easy peasy.

Unfortunately it’s still an old building made of fibro, so we could hear every other guest in the motel and were woken up at 5am with our neighbours and their kids leaving.
