We have been to Royal Palms before and love the location, the views, the pool and the units. They have fantastic views.
The walkway along the coast is great with a very good coffee shop 300 metres away from the units.
The unit we had this time has seen better days and needs updating.
Cockroaches were running everywhere on kitchen benches and in the bathroom. Maintenance did come straight away to address the issue.
We would stay again but not in that unit.

Rooms comfortable and decent size. We had a 2 bedroom. Lovely grounds, everyone friendly. Pool area is amazing, steam room my favourite!😁

I have stayed here many times, it’s an excellent location and suits my needs. I would prefer a front view rather than a side view.
The property is starting to look very tired 23D the room assigned to me is looking very tired and in desperate need of a makeover. It needs a complete re paint. The exhaust fan in the main onsuite cannot be turned off, so it runs all night and is very annoying.

No tea,coffee or sugar in the unit. No broom, vacuum, or face washer. Tiny body wash tubes. insufficient toilet paper and very slow internet making it difficult to watch movies online. Door and windows rattle with the wind. Front door has locking issues.
