Please buy a fan, and remove “air conditioning” from your listing.

The location is very central, easy to reach from the main station, lots of restaurants around, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean.
It was not really well equipped, e.g. no kettle, only one towel per person. We did know that but it was actually quite loud from the bar outside.
