La posizione, la vicinanza con i bar. Il monolocale è dotato di mobilio nuovo, una bella televisione con braccio per vederla dal letto. Ho apprezzato le due cialde offerte per colazione (anche se stavo 4 notti..). Ho trovato il divano letto già abbassato, e mi ha evitato una grande fatica. Tante stampelle nell'armadio, tanti armadi. Aria condizionata funzionante.
Purtroppo ho fatto l'errore di andare a piedi nudi (mea culpa) e c'erano diverse perline di vetro sparse sul pavimento, notate ovviamente solo a posteriori. Ho dovuto pulire io nonostante avessi pagato il servizio a parte per la pulizia. Anche alcune posate, e le forbici, erano sporche (le forbici in particolare, di grasso. volevo tagliare un'etichetta ma ci ho rinunciato)... I cuscini sotto la federa erano vistosamente gialli.
