Nice host, prompt reply, very informative and useful, room is clean and cozy, very convenient, so close to Sinbanghwa station, strongly recommended!

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Made me feel at home and with all the necessities you would need. I stayed here for 2 weeks on my solo travel & with a 711 downstairs, olive young & much more it was the places to be! It may look far from the mainstream areas but with the sinbanghwa train line outside your door, going anywhere in Seoul was easy . Will definitely be back & one thing I must say is the host was absolutely amazing. Anything I needed at any time they were there to support! Definitely book this for you next trip!

まず、ロケーションは駅近1分でコンビニもすぐ近くにあったり多くの飲食店などを望まなければとても立地は良いと思いました。 部屋の冷蔵庫には沢山のお水が用意されていた点も助かりましたし、簡単なお菓子やコーヒーの用意もありました。

Cosy home, warm with well equipped kitchen and very clean. It’s right next to the sinbanghawa metro station , so very convenient to commute. The property owner Mr. Mok is very helpful and polite. TV with Korean and all other OTT content. The terrace on 7 th floor is gorgeous too. Practically all daily utility items come with the stay. There are cafes and restaurants across the street and also olive young outlet with good deals and stock. 7- eleven is on the ground floor of adjacent building.we had a very pleasant stay .
