Location was ideal and nearby bus stops were not noisy at all. Lovely carpet. Great furnishings and facilities. Clean. Comfortable Towels provided. Kitchen good. Great public transport to Central Station. Short walk to hospital. Nearby shop.
Blackout of windows in bedrooms need improving.
We purchased a few minor things and left them for the next hirers. Bedroom bins, washing up bowl, draining rack, measuring jug, tea towels. Shower mat.

Good location, nice distribution
No coffee machine and the answer when I complained was that guests should bring their own, which is not ideal when you are coming from Madrid. No hand soap , shampoo, dish cloths either.

Location to hospital for visiting a relative was great
Lounge was comfortable and so were beds (though beds were a bit low)
Work desk was useful for working from home
There was tea, sugar, salt, washing up liquid etc which was very useful not having to buy everything
Bus stop outside is good for getting into central Southampton plus local shops around the corner
It could have been a bit cleaner, the kitchen floor and some dishes were not very clean on arrival
No information or welcome message on recycling or rubbish collection or WIFI code etc which we would expect
Garden at front and back was quite overgrown with weeds and would have been much better presented if weeded more regularly

It was clean and inside pretty spacious.
Looked quite run down externally and beds were sadly not very comfortable. No handwash in the one bathroom so we took the one from the kitchen up to the bathroom. The off street parking was quite tight and I wouldn’t call it secure necessarily as you’re very exposed due to bus stop right outside the house. But we only needed one nights stay so the place was fine for that.
