a great location close to the beach and front, very easy to access. The pool was lovely and had lots of areas to sit but was never too busy. Really nice flat that was well equipped and comfortable.

It was quite loud at times in the complex at night - you can hear footsteps above you but this wasn’t a massive issue

Pretty modern building with own pool, close to the beach. We had 2 issues(door blocked and the bathroom sink had a small issue), both fixed quickly without impacting our daily schedule. And the kitchen has almost everything what you need. And a washing machine is also available.

Can get noisy sometimes (you can hear easily some of the movements in the building). And the sofa bed is a 7/8 out of 10 from comfort point of view.

Great location near Praia da Rocha, very walkable. Parking was always available and easy, right in front of the apartment building. The apartment is modern and comfortable, AC worked well, and hosts very responsive. Wifi is very fast, which is great for remote workers like me.

Like another reviewer mentioned, the walls and ceilings are very thin. As you are on the ground floor, you will hear *every* footstep, bark, and thumping of your neighbours. I was woken up plenty of times in the night because of banging. For the price you are paying, the supplies provided are very scant - only 1 load's worth of detergent, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 small bar of soap for a week's stay. No beach towels provided. I received only 2 half-used rolls of toilet paper, and had to ask for more. The kitchen knifes are dangerously dull. Do not come here expecting the basics, as you will be asked to provide all of it.
