Location, facilities, space of the rooms, exceptional balcony, with barbecue area. Bathrooms were also awesome. Everything was really nice and que had a wonderful time there. I recommend the apartment...better than many hotels in the area.
Mattress and pillow could be of better quality.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
Everything we needed was there, including coffee, bottled water, a barbecue, and even a vacuum cleaner, as well as many other useful things. The apartment was also very well stocked with everyday essentials, which was a really nice touch. We really felt that nothing was missing.
Ludovico was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would be very happy to stay here again.

Nice apartment inside
Living dining area too small,bathroom very cold hot water to washhand sink cold,view from balcony's not good overlooking a small holding with livestock,cattle,donkeys and goats.
