Retro Bungalow near Beach and Shops

Very cozy, great location, everything you needed was there

A bit of attention to detail is needed, the clock on the wall needed a new battery, the fan in the kitchen needs cleaning, there were cob webs between the glass windows and the screens, and the toilet door needs to be painted on both sides, paint peeling off

Nice quiet location, close to the main part of town only a quick drive or a short walk in.

Shower head was small, but still worked fine

We had our elderly mother with us, the combined bathroom/laundry configuration and navigation into the shower was most challenging. The separate toilet is located near the front door. This point is merely offered as we feel the property does not suit anyone with mobility challenges eg using a walker inside to navigate through doors and for people requiring a shower chair. No obvious switch to the shower fan. Both kitchen and shower fans require cleaning. The kitchen could do with some standard sized coffee/tea mugs, the ones provided were very big, good for soup.

Walking distance to shops and the beach. Cute space - it had everything we needed. Comfortable for a family of 4. Easy check in process, and communication from the host was great.

Place wasn't as clean when we arrived - looked like cleaning was rushed. The gate is incomplete made it harder for us to let our furry friend out. Although the place was great, it needed more TLC & maintenance. We couldn't open the windows as the fly screen wasn't in great condition. Fly screen in the bathroom in not in great condition - being summer, mosquitos came thru the little rips.
