The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. Beautiful home, clean and tidy, nice walk to beach or shops, great yard space for our dog, AC in every bedroom was a well needed luxury!

Overall the house was good. The remote controls for the front and back bedrooms weren't sync'd even when I change the batteries, managed to use the remote in the Main bedroom to get the others started but it was a disappointment. Also the vanity in the main bathroom took some time to drain and may need attention. Bringing linen from interstate was also a pain. When we arrived the place was freezing cold, I know it is winter, but many other places where we've stayed in winter or summer the owners turn the heating/cooling on before we arrive

Excellent communication prior to our stay. Upon arrival the house was very clean and was as pictured. An easy location as we walked along the beach every morning with our dog and later drove to the beach at Vetnor a dog friendly beach. The shops were nice and close. A relaxing time in a lovely home.
