We loved the apartment, very well located near to the Caserta Palace and across the road from the train station, a close walk to the town and a fantastic Pizza restaurant, called Sasa Martucci, about a ten minute walk away.
The apartment had a great air conditioner, plugs perfectly positioned for charging phones, very comfortable pillows and bed, great bathroom with powerful shower and good coffee machine.
Perfect stop from Rome to Naples or the other way round. Highly recommended.

If you have big bags the stairs may be a deterrent, a few flights with no lift. But the apartment is worth the stairs.
We followed google maps out of the train station and it took us around the houses, where we could have just crossed the road and gone directly to the apartment. Next time we will question google maps and follow common sense, travelers errors.

This property seems like a B+B but it is actually an airB+B- ie there was no-one on site when we arrived. The codes to get into the building, the series of rooms in the owners apartments and indeed our room had been e-mailed THAT DAY- when we were already travelling and so I did not see them. We had to stay in another property, and when I reported this the owner made no attempt to contact us- we had paid in advance and I did not expect any refund, but a "I'm so sorry this happened' would have been welcome.
