Très lumineux, très bien équipé , proche des commerces et surtout balcon vue mer incroyable . Le parking est également un plus

Cet appartement est superbe bien entretenu et surtout très propre avec une vue mer magnifique aucune négativité tout est positif et je le recommande à tous l'essayé c'est l'adopté grâce à Capucine et Anthony il me réconcilie avec booking ou j'avais eu une mauvaise expérience au portugal

I enjoyed the location of the place- it was central to many restaurants and RIGHT ON THE BEACH- which was incredible. We really enjoyed the dedicated parking space, which in that area would be a godsend. The apartment was small but efficient. Some weird layout with the bedroom and bathroom doors but still spacious enough for my fiancé and I to use. I'm unsure how more than 2-3 people would find it comfort wise. There was a plethora of towels, sheets etc., which was appreciated. The point of contact was helpful with an issue that we had and I thought that they handled the situation well.

When my fiancé and I arrived at the place, which had a 4pm check in, we took off our shoes at the door and just a few short steps revealed how absolutely sandy and dirty the floors were. I thought perhaps it was just that entrance area but we both walked around the apartment and wiped our palms on the floor in about 8 places and found sand and dirt on the floor. I was extremely displeased. After long travels to get there, paying a hefty penny per night for this place, I expected the floors to be mopped. These were not even swept. The table top surfaces in the living and dining area were not cleaned but the those in the kitchen and bathroom were. I contacted the point person via phone call and shared my disappointment and sent over photos. She indicated that a person would be over shortly to clean the floors. They came over, offered some excuse about there being maintenance and there not being enough time to clean after that (which is still not acceptable). This person brought a mop bucket already filled with old smelly water, threw it down the kitchen sink, did not rinse the mop, refilled it in our sink and then proceeded to clean. This made the place smell funky for a bit. She first insisted that the bedroom didn't need cleaning but a swipe of the hand on the floor and insistence on cleaning got her to clean it. I communicated this all to the point person and was thanked for the communication. We were offered a one hour later check out for our troubles which we did not use. I think that the value for the place is already a bit steep, but to not have the place clean for our arrival, when charging that much, was not okay. I hope that there is better attention paid to cleaning services going forward.
