Needs a little more TLC

We loved the condo, the view, the location. It's a beautiful and spacious condo, pristine and very well kept.

There are too many codes and rules to keep track of. The people at the gate on our first night there were so rude as we tried to figure out which of their many buildings we were heading to. He was so impatient as we tried to look up the information, even asking if we were there to drop someone off. This first encounter left us feeling like we were going to get in trouble during our entire stay. We drove 16 hours to get there, and all we wanted was to relax after a long day, but instead, it felt like we were fumbling over gate and door codes and an unending list of rules to follow. I was expecting a more hospitable and relaxed stay. Having to wear their wrist bands it's a hastle, especially for our family since we have small children. Most times, we found ourselves having to walk all the way back to the condo just to get them. We ended up misplacing one, as we feared and having to pay $20 extra to replace it. The pool also closes right at sunset, which was not so fun for our kids. Overall. It's an awesome place, but it could improve as far as hospitality is concerned. We were there to vacation, but it felt like we were walking on eggshells.

Location was good. The exterior garage and hi-rise could use more signage. Pretty confusing for first timers. Lots of renters sharing gate/access codes that didn’t understand where to go or how to get in certain areas. Beach staff was wonderful.

Access instructions could have been sent earlier. No property mgmt in site to speak to. Condo furniture was pretty old. Nightstands and dresser unusable. Like “fake movie set” furniture. Sliding shower door only secure at top. Door swings into shower. Pretty unsafe.
