Excellent location, close to a great restaurant precinct. The photos with the view to the castle are exactly what you see. Having your own private parking space is terrific.
It was hot, with no air conditioning, but the skylight windows are easy to open and allow fresh air in.

Appartement très confortable et parfaitement équipé avec effectivement une vue incroyable sur la ville.
Par ailleurs très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de nombreux restaurants, du château et ses musées ainsi que du centre ville. Place de parking très appréciable.

- Lloc extremadament cèntric i, en canvi, molt tranquil.
- Aparcament a la mateixa finca. Excelent!
- Espectaculars vistes sobre el castell.
- Apartament ampli i molt net.
- Equipament complert.
- No té ascensor.
- Cal anar amb cura amb la porta de la dutxa per no vesar l'aigua fòra.
La senyora de la neteja va deixar tancat un pany de la porta que hauria d'haver deixat obert. Afortunadament Sophie va venir de seguida a obrir-lo.
L'aigua calenta sortia gairebé freda, però Sebàstien ens va ajudar a regular-la correctament.
Els dos únic punts, que no voldria etiquetar de negatius, van ser resolts tan ràpidament com va ser possible, pel que la nostra valoració és molt positiva.

Excepcional apartamento ubicado en el centro de Caen con parking gratuito a la puerta. Aunque había que subir tres pisos sin ascensor para acceder a él, estaba totalmente renovado, limpio, muy bien equipado y con unas vistas magníficas al centro histórico. Anfitriones atentos en todo momento.
