The location is fantastic. Only one structure away from the sandy beach (a 20 second walk). The back balcony was also an unexpected bonus. We moved a chair from the front balcony (which is not very private being right out on the street), to the back balcony which is very private. Also, we washed our clothes in the washing machine and dried them on the large drying rack on the back balcony. Thank you for leaving all those clothes pins, the wind sometimes blew enough to really need those.

Even though our host was fantastic and attentive, this property, as many other old properties in Italy and elsewhere, suffers from having gone through a less than careful renovation in that there was a musty smell coming from the cabinet underneath the sink. We had to air out the whole apartment by leaving the front door and back door open to let the breeze clear out the musty smell. We also took the garbage can out from under the sink so we would not have to open that cabinet during out stay (to stop the musty smell from escaping into the apartment.)

Casa nuovissima e con tutti i comfort, a 20 metri dal mare e con bar sotto casa, a 5 minuti a piedi si è sulla via principale dove ci sono un po’ di negozi. Noi eravamo 2 amiche con le bambine, ci siamo trovate benissimo e torneremo appena possibile. Stefano l’host ci ha supportato sia prima che durante il soggiorno, sempre disponibile.

Tutto benissimo, segnalo solo che le due camere sono comunicanti, quindi per andare in bagno si deve necessariamente passare per la seconda camera, dovrebbe essere anche segnalato sul sito. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma nel caso se volete più privacy è da tenere in considerazione.
