Appartamento Rosamarina

Nagyon közel van a strandhoz és tágas a lakás. Aranyosak a tulajok, akik lent laknak.

Nagyon hiányos a felszerelés, pl. nincs mikró, vízforraló. Az 1 db klíma egyáltalán nem tudja lehűteni a lakást. Nagyon kellene a teraszra egy árnyékoló. Jó lett volna gördülékenyebb kommunikáció.

Location! Just 5 houses away from a soft, sandy beach with an excellent beachside restaurant just a block away. Three comfortable size bedrooms with table for four in eat-in kitchen. Adequate table and cookware. Lovely large porch with drying rack. On second story. Free street parking during off season (we visited in May). Short walk to “ Kennedy super mercado” on Main Street with butcher next door. Clean facility. Quiet. Great hot water in showers, but one shower leaked onto floor.

No communication during the stay with host. The downstairs resident let us in, motioned to us where we would find blankets if we got cold, he opened that cupboard and there weren’t any ,he shrugged his shoulders. We did find them. Same thing with a light that was out. There were no hot pads to grab pots to cook with or dish drying towels. We wrote via Booking.com and one of each was delivered the next day. No sharp knives to cut bread or meat.. Advertised as having a microwave but it only had a non- functioning toaster oven. Sheets were left for us but we had to make up our own beds (not a problem ,just that we had never encountered that in any of our stays anywhere else in the world.). No bath soap or toiletries provided. Bring your own beach towels.

Very nice apartment next to a beautiful beach, we were 6 people and it was spacious, 2 bathrooms. The hosts are very kind. Fully recommend!

La posizione e la veranda

La doccia del bagno padronale era troppo piccola,claustrofobica e non c’era aria condizionata in tutte le stanze ma solo nel corridoio e serviva bene poco.
