​Ho soggiornato in questa stanza a Ferrara per una sola notte e l'esperienza è stata comunque impeccabile. La camera è semplice ma pulita in modo straordinario, ordinata e curata per offrire tutto il comfort necessario. ​Il vero valore aggiunto, tuttavia, è la padrona di casa: una persona eccezionale, estremamente accogliente e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio sulla città. ​Un indirizzo sicuro e consigliatissimo per chi cerca pulizia impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

La casa de huéspedes es excelente, está muy cerca del centro histórico, las instalaciones son muy buenas, muy limpias, el personal que atiende y hacer la limpieza son muy amables

La stanza era pulita, buona, posizione, gentili nel check in e nella possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio nel deposito il giorno del check out.
Il prezzo è sproporzionato considerando l'assenza del bagno privato (173 euro una notte) e della prima colazione. La struttura è rumorosa probabilmente per l'elevato numero di camere (5) e il bagno in comune. Inoltre, il personale é troppo rumoroso, la mattina alle 9 la signora delle pulizie è stata tutto il tempo al telefono ad urlare e parlare ad alta voce svegliandoci ed è stato impossibile dormire. Stessa cosa il pomeriggio precedente.
