La proximité avec le centre d'examen :) La disponibilité et la gentillesse de l'hôte.
La double disponibilité sur deux sites et à quelques secondes prêt de ne pas pouvoir avoir le logement , heureusement, l'autre personne s'étant désistée, nous avons pu l'obtenir!

Wij hebben deze locatie als doorreis accomodatie gebruikt. Daarvoor was het top. Fijne en snelle communicatie met de host. Erg schoon appartement. Er stond water en madeleines klaar, wat wil je nog meer? We kwamen 's ochtend vroeg pas aan doordat we autopech hadden gehad. We hebben een paar uur geslapen en zijn daarna weer weggereden. Nog even gedouched, prima.
Voor ons viel niets tegen.

Door de 24 uursreceptie kun je inchecken wanneer je wilt, heel fijn!
Er staat geen normale zitbank in de woonkamer, waar je na een lange reisdag even op kan zitten. De bed/bank die er staat is doorgezakt en zit niet. Er waren veel gebreken in de woning, raamsluiting kapot, stopcontact los, badkamer, gescheurde gordijnen. Er lijkt niets gemaakt te worden, in mijn ogen snel geld verdienen met een slecht verzorgd appartement op een goede doorreis locatie.
