3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room so comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Good to have playground and shops across the green behind the house. Good base for trip to Maldon and visiting family locally.

Light in bathroom wouldn't turn off. Minimal crockery, 5 of us staying and only enough for 4. Missing tin opener. Dustbin in garden overflowing and some rubbish blowing around. Couldn't get TV to play anything - wasn't connected/set up.
