A very nice place to spend a night in the area.
The place is spotless and clean. I have to emphasize that the host was exceptionally friendly, warm and willing to go out of his way to provide travel information even late at night. Everything was super well organized. They even provided filtered water and chocolate! Location is comparatively close to the airport (even transportation may require access to car/taxi after hours when busses have limited schedules).
A couple of mostly minor things. The bed was comfortable but is kind of small/narrow for a tall person. Also the room (coastal) decor is very conventional, 'out of the IKEA shopping box' and a bit out of place for an inland place like Hessen :-) But I admit this is an issue of taste, and should not detract from the amazing grace of the hosts and the nice services the place offers.

Schöne, helle Wohnung. Check-In und co. gut funktioniert.
Bad geteilt mit anderen Wohnungen - Sauberkeit OK, aber kein Hotelstandard. Flur und Hausgang renovierungsbedürftig und feucht. Geruchsintensives Kochen der Nachbarn, Lautstärke durch angrenzende Straße und Geigenspiel des Nachbarn (bis 22 Uhr).
