The owner is very polite! I chose this place for a 2-night business trip. Fresh tea is available in the kitchen almost every hour. The kitchen equipment is adequate. The shared toilet/bathroom issue worried me as a solo female traveler, but it wasn't as bad as I feared. It's clean, hygienic, and has all the necessary amenities. The rooms were also very clean. To avoid noise, they offered me a better room than the one I had previously booked. Great. If you're looking for a short trip and don't have high expectations for luxury, you'll be quite satisfied. The area is quiet, away from the crowds of the city center, and I liked that it's a local neighborhood. There are three well-known supermarket chains right opposite the guesthouse. Daily shopping and souvenirs are easy. The Hessen-Center shopping mall is a 10-minute walk away. I found everything I was looking for. The products were especially discounted compared to the city center. Tourist attractions are easily accessible by bus and train. It takes about 50 minutes by train and then bus from the airport. I was very satisfied and will choose it again on my next trip.
The walls are thin and you can hear sounds from the adjacent rooms. In general, everyone is respectful and there's no noise. However, sound insulation could be improved.
