The location is amazing as it is only few minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. There is a swimming pool and a gym at level 3.

The location cannot be found on Google Maps because the name “Downtown Oasis” does not indicate the exact building number (7). Took us time to understand where to park and where to go.

The location is absolutely outstanding—close to everything I needed and perfect for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s also fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Great location and the accommodation is clean but not a 'luxury apartment' in Dubai.

The location is great for access to the Dubai Fountains and Dubai Mall. The host kindly gave us an early checkin due to our travel plans, was friendly and always available to contact.

The apartment is a bit tired, especially the kitchen and living area. Too many different people to communicate with when providing our personal details and when collecting the keys. The receptionist of the building was not very welcoming.

Horrible experience

The property was dirty and the bed had stains on the shests and under the sofa bed. Hygiene was awful and the staff were rude and refused to sort it out. The bed itself was uncomfy and everything was very dirty including the chairs, shower and cups.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, ideal for both short and longer stays. It’s fully equipped, and the coffee machine was a nice touch—perfect for starting the day with a fresh cup while enjoying the skyline. What really made the stay stand out was the outstanding service and smooth communication with Aban, the host. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The gym is excellent—large, clean, and well-equipped, great for keeping up with workouts. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with everything just steps away—shopping, restaurants, and major attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium stay with top service and one of the best views in the city.

The pool is nice as well, although the only downside is that it gets limited sun during the day.

Our stay was amazing! The owner was very helpful and provided all the information we needed! The apartment is spacious, clean and ideally located near Dubai mall! Everything was great!

Great location but needs improvement

The location is perfect. The apartment is spacious. However needs better service, cleaning and management . For example the sofa in living room is not clean and it caused allergy to all family members whenever we sit on it. So sleeping on this sofa is horrible. Other thing is maintenance. The lights on balcony were not working, however the owner refused to fix it although we were staying for 3 nights and it’s just a lamp, would be changed in 2 minutes.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per una settimana e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Praticamente a due passi dal Burji Khalifa e dalle spettacolari Fontane, abbiamo potuto godere dello spettacolo direttamente dal balcone.

1. Pésimo el sillón cama donde durmieron pis hijas 2. Nunca tuvimos servicio de aseo q fue solicitado 3, hasta el último no teníamos las tarjetas de desplazamiento 4. Teníamos q insistir constante por papel de baño y toallas 5. Nunca hubo una persona q nos explicara de un comienzo como funcionaba el sistema y en el edificio no teníamos colaboración del conserje

nser Aufenthalt war einfach super! Die Lage war mega – perfekt gelegen und sehr ruhig. Alles war extrem sauber, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Der Check-in und die Übergabe haben einwandfrei funktioniert – wir durften sogar etwas früher rein, was wirklich toll war und unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter beginnen ließ. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
