Very well equipped and well maintained property. We felt very much welcomed and at home. It's obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort to prepare their property for their guests' comfort and convenience. Everything was well labeled and communication with the hosts was excellent and their instructions and recommendations were clear and useful.
This has nothing to do with the property itself but turning in and out of road 630 into or from 41 is kind of tricky especially wit heavy traffic as they connect at the incline at very sharp angle. Be careful!

Quiet secluded area, but still not too far from town to obtain supplies. Also not too far from Yosemite's entrance.
The available rice cooker was a nice touch.
The steep climb-up using the 2 stairs to get to the main unit was not highlighted enough.
Non-existence of heater vents in the small room with the bunk beds was not good; also not mentioned enough in the marketing of amenities.
Garbage pickup by housekeeper should have been completed eventhough renters are not on-site; especially for a longer than 2 night stay like ours.

The view was unbelievable. Place was clean, spacious and the location was secure.

Pretty location
The bunk beds have basically a small pad on wood, not really usable for adults- even just the bottom one which is what I attempted to use. The house makes a ton of weird creaking sounds at night, which kept some of us awake. The parking is odd and maybe only for two cars - we had a truck and the sign said for three but we felt no way more than two could be there. The kitchen was nice.
