You have the whole unit to yourself and it is one block from the beach.

Not much
No dining room facility, no bedroom tabletop lights, shower/bathroom floor dangerously slippery, microwave weak or useless, inadequate/no courtyard seating arrangements, TV does not connect to stations, washbasins in bathroom not feasible ( cannot rinse mouth at taps)
