Checkin was automatic and fairly easy. I was actually able to check in earlier than the official checkin time without any complaints from the checkin machine, which was nice. The location was very good, a few minutes walk to the opera and then on to the city center. The street was clean and looked perfectly safe.

The room was rather small with little space to move around. There was a mobile air conditioner in the room that was unnecessary given the cool weather, and its air exhaust hose was led out through the open window. I had to remove the plastic curtain holding the hose to be able to close the window, which was necessary since the street was too noisy to leave the window open all night, and it would probably have been too cold as well. I only noticed in the morning that the fridge in the room wasn't cooling at all, maybe it was turned down or wasn't working. So the fridge, which was one reason why I picked this accommodation, turned out to be not very useful. Between the time I checked in around 2 pm and when I left to go about my business later in the afternoon around 5 pm, there was a constant rhythmical squeaking noise coming from the bed upstairs, with roughly 10-minute breaks in between. Clearly somebody was using that room to provide sexual services to clients arriving constantly one after the other. This was very annoying, but thankfully stopped by the time I got back to the room in the early evening around 8 pm, and the room was pleasantly quiet after that.
