Czysty pokój, pełne wyposażenie wspólnej kuchni. Łazienki, mimo, wspólne to również czyste.
Jest to miejsce noclegowe ekip robotniczych, przez co wieczorem było głośno, do późnych godzin nocnych. Raczej trudno się wyspać. Bardzo intensywne zapachy z otwartej kuchni przygotowywanych posiłków też były niekomfortowe.
