Apartamento moderno, decorado con mucho encanto, cómodo y céntrico. Recomendable si buscas estar en Santander capital y no depender del coche. Dispone de todas las comodidades. He repetido!
El único punto incómodo son las escaleras bastante empinadas para subir hasta el apartamento, pero no supone ningún problema si no tienes problemas de movilidad o niños muy pequeños con carrito.

Esta muy bien, al llegar les tuve que llamar para que me abriesen la puerta principal y ya en la puerta estaban las llaves. La casa está muy bien, destacar la limpieza y que olía muy bien. Está en una calle centrica, no oimos mucho ruido pero tampoco nos suele molestar El sofa cama está bastante bien, la cama muy comoda
Por la obra de la fachada las escaleras tanto escalones como pasamanos están cubiertas de una gruesa capa de polvo, es un tercero sin ascensor

Lo mejor, la ubicación. Está en una calle super céntrica, al lado de todas las tiendas, bares y restaurantes. A destacar la gran cocina con mucho menaje y el baño y la ducha de 10. Todo muy limpio
El hecho de que no haya puerta en el dormitorio. Mucho ruido por la noche al ser una calle de bares, y se oían ruidos de otros pisos, por lo que quizás habría que mejorar el tema de la insonorización. El sofá cama es bastante duro e incómodo para dormir. Las escaleras para acceder al apartamento son estrechas y oscuras.
