    The rooms and facilities are clean and modern. The service standards is first class. The hotel food is fantastic. Don’t have to eat elsewhere. The infinity pool is marvellous. The location is 10 minutes walk to Gurney paragon and Gurney Plaza. We enjoyed our stay and will not stay at any other hotel in Penang other than the Marriott.

    Wanted to try out this new hotel. Staff were very friendly and the location at Gurney Drive was fantastic. A bit pricey though.

    Love the hotel, always my no. 1 choice in Penang. Room is very clean, facilities are great, hotel is lux. Staff are professionally friendly and give fast response. The Guest Experience Manager, Melanie Goh is responsive. professional and attentive. She promptly addressed my feedback and her thoughtful and courteous response made a positive impression. Will come back to this hotel as always.
