    Clean rooms, clean & well maintained bathrooms, food is good too, staff are great and take care of your requirements. Fully worth the room charges.

    I booked my 2 days stay in Fabhotel Raghubar Kripa and had nightmare experience that I decided to move out within 12hrs of my stay. To start with i checked in very late in hotel around11pm and moment we entered in room it had alott of mosquitos. Tv wasn’t operational. I asked staff to check as my father was interest in news but they couldn’t fix it. After trying to work they left saying it will start but it never did. When i went to sleep i saw hair on pillow, stained quilt and dirty bedsheet. Because we were tired i slept ignoring it. In morning washroom shower was not working and water was barely dripping from tap. After complaining staff response was we have called plumber and we are not sure how much time he will take its out of our control. A morning tea order took 1.5 hour to deliver reason they were short staff. Solution for water was given was please use other washroom which was just vacated my guests and shower wasnt working in other washroom as well. I twice checked for breakfast with ground staff finally had to go to reception then was told by manager to do room order from selected menu. So we got breakfast at 11.30am. When asked about other issues to manager he asked me to leave hotel and checkin somewhere else as he cant accommodate my request despite my full payment was paid. For my refund he asked me to check with fabhotels directly. He was super rude. I finally had to checkout as it was not even minimum services to stay. I havent got my refund yet. Never going back to fabhotels properties.
