About this house rental
In the extension of our renovated farmhouse, you will find refuge in this 30m2 cottage in a bucolic setting.
For the calm of the countryside, the sweetness of the birdsong in the morning, the charm of the stone...
For hikers on foot, by bike, by motorcycle or any other vehicle...
On site, a large parking lot and a shelter for two wheels.
This small nest is designed for two people.
It is composed of:
- a large bedroom with a double bed of 140x190, a TV, an office area,
- a small living room with a sofa, a small table, two chairs, a kitchen area (fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, crockery, cutlery and various kitchen utensils) with a washing machine,
- a shower room,
- a separate toilet,
- a large independent entrance,
- a private outdoor space with garden table and chairs, deckchair, parasol, barbecue.
Halfway between Niort (Poitevin marshes) and Poitiers (Futuroscope).
In the immediate vicinity of the Camino de Santiago.
15 minutes from the town of Melle and its Romanesque churches of the XI and XIIth century including the church of Saint-Hilaire classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
The silver mine of the Frankish kings also in Melle.
La Rochelle is 1 hour and 20 minutes away and Puy du Fou is less than 2 hours away.
Shops and supermarkets nearby (4 and 7 km).
There are many possibilities for Terra Aventura routes, including the tumulus of Bougon and its free visit to the museum at the end.
3 km from the V94 cycle route, recognised as being of national interest which will make it possible (some sections in progress) to link two European routes, the Vélodyssée (EuroVelo 1) in the west and the Scandibérique or Pilgrims' Route (EuroVelo 3) in the east. Currently already carried out in the Deux-Sèvres.
We can accommodate you from 50 euros per night or from 250 euros per week (depending on the season).
Also suitable for business trips or trainees.
Long term stay possible, adjusted and adapted price.
Bed linen is provided, bed made, as well as towels.
Possibility of emergency meal kits (15 euros for two).
Check-in 16:00 - check-out 11:00
Availability on demand.
An uncashed deposit check of €150 will be requested at the handover of the keys and returned on departure for stays longer than 48 hours.
