A very bright two-room apartment in a quiet building with a private entrance. Ideal for couples, families with children, travelers passing through, or those who enjoy staying longer. Centrally located and well-connected, with a convenient private parking spot right in front of the building’s entrance. It features a spacious open-concept living area with a double sofa bed (which can be used depending on the number of guests or upon request) and a Smart TV with streaming services, completely separate from the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave with grill, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a complete set of dishes for 4 people. Full bathroom with shower stall and washer-dryer. Spacious double bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed.

Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was opening bedroom blinds to see complex garbage cans right outside the bedroom window. Couldn’t really open window for the same reason. Water heater upgrade recommended. Hot water runs out pretty fast with one person's shower. You have to wait awhile for water to warm for the next person to shower. Host was very nice and super sweet. Unit was very clean and smelled good.
