A recently renovated, very bright, and quiet 110-square-meter apartment located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed and separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a queen-size bed, and 1 with a bunk bed), 2 large bathrooms, and a small terrace. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk away (about 150 meters from the main street); right below the apartment, there is a covered public parking lot, a breakfast café, and a hair salon, while a movie theater, pharmacy, and hospital are just a few meters away. 200 Mbps fiber-optic Wi-Fi internet connection
From Pordenone, you can quickly reach various seaside and mountain tourist destinations by car or public transportation. Venice is just under an hour away. In recent years, Pordenone has also reemerged as a culturally vibrant town, and events such as Pordenonelegge and the Silent Film Festival are attracting an increasing number of visitors.

The apartment was clean, great location, and supplied with all essential we needed for the stay.
There was only one problem: there was a lack of communication regarding parking. We were not informed about the parking disc, so we could avoid receiving parking violations on our vehicle.
If we decide to revisit Pordenone, we will use this property as a primary stay.

Beautiful , clean apartment located in the city center of Pordenone. Warm welcome by Claudio with great communication . Would highly recommend for families visiting the area.

Great location, clean and modern. I did not like the coffee maker. If this place is for six people, why provide an old coffee maker to make only 1 1/2 cups? Also, I had to Google the instructions for using the washing machine. There should be instructions in several languages so we can easily use it. Thank you for the milk and cookies, that was appreciated. I kind of felt cheated because the third bedroom was locked. We paid for 3 bedrooms. We will plan on returning, and our friend in Aviano will suggest it to her visitors.
