Located in the heart of Ballarat, Hotel Canberra is a stunning boutique property with a 1BR & 3BR apartment on offer.
With an ensuite bathroom, stylish design and privacy, our one bedroom apartment is a great getaway for a single or couple to have as a base to explore Ballarat and the central Goldfields region. The onsite licensed Stables Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch 6 days, with our onsite wine bar, Bobbys open Thursday - Saturday from 4pm and our fine dining rom, Vesta x Jigs open Thursday - Saturday for dinner offering a 6 or 8 course degustation menu of 100% Victorian produce.
Guests will be provided vouchers for a free coffee each day in our adjacent Stables Cafe & Bar (except Monday), for each day of the stay.
The apartment is beautifully appointed, with a small fridge, a desk and stunning fixtures as well as a supremely comfortable bed and split system heating and cooling. Quiet, peaceful and serene.
Early check in and late check out are available by request.

Accommodation excellent quality but the flexible and friendly manner prior and post stay a standout. Cafe next door pretty handy too.

*Was not informed of being the only guest on premises with no manager or staff on grounds- *would like to have been given information about emergency exits.
