Hello, our 2 bedroom 2 bath house has been completely updated with new AC, Reclining Chairs, new 75 inch flat screen that has Netflix, Disney channel, Life TV, LG tv, and local Antenna. Fast reliable internet at 580 mbps. The kitchen has nice Quartz countertops, stainless steel fridge, microwave and dish washer. The master suite has a King size medium firm mattress Beauty Rest Harmony Lux, a nice master bathroom with walk in shower and mini split AC with Heat. The second bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size mattress. The second Bathroom has a walk in shower and both bathrooms have been remodeled. There is room for 2 cars to park in rear driveway off street and there is plenty of on street parking in front. There is a grill and fire pit for guest to use in the front of property. Walk out to the small deck and have your coffee in the am or leave the door open to hear the birds outside. The neighborhood is quiet and Safe so please no parties, no drug dealing, no loud music. There is a hose to wash your car out back, a laundry matt one minute down the street. The property is located 4 miles to downtown Saint Petersburg, 11 miles to the Don Cesar on St Pete Beach and the Tampa International airport is only 20 minutes away. There are many grocery stores nearby including Publix, Winn Dixie, Mazzaros Italian Market and Sams club are all with minutes to the house. We are conveniently located near the interstate which makes our rental a great place to stay. We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, loss of property.
