A newly remodeled home, located in north St. Petersburg, FL. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit—minutes to downtown, beaches, restaurants and shopping mall. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 king and 1 full beds and 1 full bathroom. Washer and dryer are right next to the kitchen. The outdoor dinning area is located in a big backyard with a propane grill. Free WiFi and parking in the front yard which could accommodate multiple cars.

Adorable little home close to many locations. Was filled with cooking essentials, plenty of dishes, and a dishwasher which was so convenient. We enjoyed cooking at the house and being able to try some of our fresh catches. Large rooms and comfortable living room although we all fought over the couch!

This is a great little gem, if you are looking for a place to stay that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, this place is exactly what you’re looking for,. Centrally located clean and quiet. Dollar for dollar one of the best places I’ve stayed using a home sharing app. Bring the little things you need because at a bargain price you do not get little things like bottled water, but there are plenty of stores near by to grab a case of water for $5, Starbucks is 2 minutes away, plenty of places to eat, and maybe not on the beach but it’s only 10-15 minutes away depending on which beach you pick. Easy check in and out, Thank you for letting me stay at your place.
