Both the beach and the sea are within walking distance—about 700 meters away—allowing you to enjoy long walks along the North Sea and relaxing moments in a beach chair. In addition, there’s a supermarket right next door and a restaurant just a few hundred meters away.
During the summer months, a beach chair is also available to you in a shared sun-drenched area.
This non-smoking apartment features two rooms: a bedroom in the attic and an open-concept living and dining area with an attached kitchen on the first floor. The furnishings are modern and designed with functionality and comfort in mind. In the living room, a cozy sofa area invites you to relax, while the dining area with a dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or social gatherings. Through large windows, you can enjoy both a sweeping view of the countryside and a view of the mudflats, which enhances the apartment’s special atmosphere.
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped. You’ll find a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, and a microwave with an oven. A dishwasher makes cleaning up a breeze, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use and are a useful addition, especially for longer stays.
A TV, a radio, and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment provide entertainment. A vacuum cleaner is available for light cleaning. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation, which helps maintain a pleasant and fresh living environment.
For guests with their own vehicle, the private parking space located directly at the property offers additional flexibility. The apartment is specifically designed for couples or solo travelers who value a well-maintained environment, thoughtfully designed amenities, and proximity to nature and the sea.
