The quietly situated Wattnest vacation rental is centrally located in Rantum on Sylt and was renovated to a high standard in 2022 with great attention to detail. Nestled between Weststrand and the Wadden Sea, you’ll enjoy exclusive comfort, stylish design, and the island’s unique tranquility.
Weststrand is just 600 meters away, and the Wadden Sea is about 500 meters away. From your private terrace with a garden area and a beach chair, you’ll have an unobstructed view of Rantum’s unique natural surroundings.
The vacation rental spans two levels. The lower level features an elegant bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.60 x 2 m), oak parquet flooring, and custom-built cabinetry, as well as a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, natural stone flooring, and underfloor heating.
On the first floor, you’ll find an exclusive custom-built kitchen featuring a wine refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, and an oven. The open-concept living area is furnished with designer furniture, a solid oak dining table, and stylish details, combining luxury with a cozy atmosphere.
Amenities include two smart TVs, a digital radio, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A parking space and bike rack are located right next to the house.

All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Plus a one-time fee: €119 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.
- Please plan arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €4.10 per person per day from May 1 to October 31, or €2.05 per person per day from January 1 to April 30.
The visitor’s tax is due at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
Additional services that can be booked directly with the property owner upon request for a separate fee:
- Early check-in: €60.00 one-time fee
- Late check-out: €60.00 one-time fee
- Small linen package: €23.00 per person
- Large linen package: €35.00 one-time fee
- Mid-stay cleaning 2026 Wattnest: €119.00 one-time fee
