The modern kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, microwave with grill, and dishwasher, along with the adjoining dining area for 4 people, round out the comfortable living experience.
On the upper floor, you’ll find a large, cozy bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, as well as another small bedroom with a sleeper sofa (featuring two full-size slatted frames and mattresses) for two people. This room can also be used as a second small living area if needed, where you can retreat for a cozy hour of reading. The bright and inviting bathroom features marble flooring and new fixtures and has a spacious shower.
All rooms feature light-colored terracotta tiles, and the apartment is suitable for people with allergies.
