About this apartment rental
The 65 m², very well-kept apartment is located in the excl. 'Haus Wattblick' and extends over 2 levels (ground floor and basement). The apartment has a direct view of the Wadden Sea nature reserve from its two terraces. The app. is equipped for three to a maximum of four people. The German Tourism Association (DTV) rated this apartment 4 * again in February 2013; Base: accommodation for 3 people! On the ground floor there is the high-quality living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette. The high-quality living room furniture was completely renewed at the end of October 2013. In the basement are the two bedrooms and the shower room. In April 2018, the bed in the guest room was completely renewed (new bed including a new mattress). In June 2018, the bed and bedside tables in the master bedroom were completely renewed (including slatted frames and high-quality pocket spring mattresses). The 2 terraces belonging to the apartment (east terrace with approx. 25 m² and south terrace with approx. 8 m²) have a direct view of the mudflats. The house is slightly elevated, right on a dune to the beautiful and seemingly endless west beach (almost 40 km long).

Das Objekt liegt in Rantum-Süd. Zum West-Strand und zu den Salzwiesen am Watt sind es nur wenige Meter. Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten im Keller garantieren angenehme Temperaturen und nur sehr geringen Straßenlärm. Die beiden Terrassen sind super.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend.

Eine wunderschöne und geschmackvolle eingerichtete Wohnung am Rande von Rantum. (wie beschrieben) Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartung voll erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert ist auch der nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin.
Es war alles bestens und kommen gerne wieder.! :-)

Die Wohnung auf Sylt hat leider nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Wohnzimmer und Küche waren in Ordnung, auch gepflegt und sauber. Schöne Möbel, so dass man sich auch bei Dauerregen aufhalten konnte. Das Schlafzimmer im Keller war leider dunkel und ungemütlich, die Kleider im Schrank nach ein paar Tagen klamm. Das zweite "Schlafzimmer", das die Wohnung für vier Personen qualifizieren sollte, war eigentlich nur eine dunkle Kammer. Da wir zum Glück nur zu zweit waren, konnten wir unsere Koffer dort unterbringen. Das beste an der Wohnung war die Terrasse, groß und sonnig mit schönen Möbeln. Dass das Sylter Wetter es nur selten ermöglichte, diese zu nutzen, ist kein Fehler der Vermieter... Allerdings war die Lage an der vielbefahrenen Hörnumer Straße ein Minuspunkt.
