About this villa rental
This Spanish Villa is quintessential Pebble Beach. Meticulously renovated to exacting standards and adorned with elegant, yet comfortable furnishings and appointments. Originally constructed in 1929, this is a historic home within Pebble Beach, built by the legendary Hugh Comstock, who was responsible for giving the Monterey Peninsula much of its architectural character.
Fantastic for entertaining both golf executives and families looking to relax. There is a 5 hole putting green, elegant fire pit with antique water feature. Very private and yet steps to 17 Mile Drive and the Pacific Ocean. Four of the six bedrooms enjoy vaulted ceilings and soft lighting for a relaxing environment to unwind and rest. There are also two Moroccan tile balconies that complement the graciousness of the home. Lastly, a full gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances and seating area for 8-10 guests.

Excellent property and location within the Monterey Peninsula area. Close to everything and access to the 17 Mile Drive in the area. Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent. Highly recommended for all who want to stay in this area.

We celebrated an anniversary and birthday at this lovely home. Lots of room. Close to golf and shopping. Really had a wonderful stay.
