Here you will find high ceilings, birdsong, and views of fields in all directions. The country property was newly renovated in 2023 with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It is well equipped with a TV and a very spacious living room and kitchen, two lovely large bedrooms, and a huge garden with a beautiful wooden terrace. Outdoor life completes the rural atmosphere with flowering plants and cozy nooks in the garden surrounded by trees and bushes. In addition to the fields and forest, there is fishing available nearby at Voer Å, and the house comes with three fishing licenses for free use, so it couldn't be easier to bait your hook and go fishing. The house exudes coziness and offers space for the whole family and possibly also four-legged companions, and is an ideal starting point for hiking, running, or mountain biking in peaceful surroundings. Shopping facilities are just 5 minutes from the house, and within a 20-minute drive you will find Sæby, which has a cozy town life. The house is only 45 minutes from Fårup Sommerland, 30 minutes from Aalborg, and 20 minutes from Frederikshavn.shelter in garden.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
