It features high ceilings and plenty of space for you to spread out. The country house was refurbished in 2023 with a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. It is well-equipped with a TV and a very spacious living room and kitchen, two lovely large bedrooms and a huge garden with a lovely wooden terrace. The outdoor living area completes the rural atmosphere with flowering plants and cosy nooks in the garden, surrounded by trees and bushes. As well as fields and woodland, there’s fishing nearby on the Voer Å, and the house comes with three fishing permits for your free use, so it couldn’t be easier to bait your hook and go fishing. The house exudes cosiness and offers space for the whole family, including your four-legged friends, and is an ideal base for walking, running or mountain biking in peaceful surroundings. Shops are just 5 minutes from the house, and within a 20-minute drive you’ll find Sæby, which has a charming town centre with, amongst other things, several good restaurants. Furthermore, the house is just 45 minutes from Fårup Sommerland, 30 minutes from Aalborg, and 20 minutes from Frederikshavn. If you’re looking for an authentic nature experience, perhaps with an overnight stay, there’s a shelter in the garden for this purpose.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services.
