About this house rental
A holiday cottage with swimming pool and heated floors throughout the whole house. This is a good choice for 2 families or families with small children, as the house is located far from busy roads. The house is heated by an energy saving oil-fired boiler, which keeps the energy bill low. The living room was renovated in 2008, and the walls between the living room, kitchen and hallway was knocked down. The floors in the kitchen and living room are tiled. Geothermal heating throughout the entire house. The 15 m² large swimming pool is located in the pool room. You can access it directly from one of the bedrooms. There is a 21 m² large south-facing and covered terrace outside. There is a swing and sandbox for the smallest ones. No letting to youth and builder groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Great place for families with kids! The pool was a major highlight, and the garden offered plenty of space for outdoor play, The location was peaceful, and we discovered some great local restaurants just a short drive away,

Leider gibt es einen kleinen Teich/Tümpel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Spielgeräte im Garten, sodass Kinder und Hunde schnell hineinfallen/springen könnten. / Der Duschvorhang ist schimmelig, sowie auch ein paar Stellen in der Dusche. Die Duscharmatur funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, sodass man sich schnell verbrennen kann. / Die Matratzenauflagen haben alle ekelige Flecken und sind mit Tierhaaren zugesaut. / Das Haus an sich hat eine super Lage und ist auch schön aufgeteilt. Aber in dem jetzigen Zustand würden wir es nicht noch einmal buchen.
