About this house rental
Smaller, charming cottage centrally located close to the harbor and Ancher's house only approx. 400 m from Skagen center and a few minutes drive from Skagen Sønderstrand and Grenen, where the many sights and not least the unique nature can be experienced. The house has a good decor with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and cozy living room with TV and heat pump, two bedrooms with closet space, spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The house has a nice patio where it is possible to sit and enjoy a cool glass of wine on a warm summer day. The house is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday in Skagen for couples, friends or the small family. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
