About this house rental
Holiday home with whirlpool located in a quiet area close to Skagen and the sea. Ground floor has a large living / dining room in open connection with the kitchen. Here are wooden floors and a wood burning stove. On the ground floor there is a small bathroom with tub / shower. On the 1st floor there are two good bedrooms. Downstairs there are two more rooms. One of them is at ground level due to the sunken terrace, which the room faces and which makes the room a very nice bedroom. Large, modern bathroom with shower and larger whirlpool. There is a front garden with lawn, where there is both a raised and sunken terrace and a cozy northwest facing patio at the back of the house. There is plenty of sun and good parking on the fenced plot. The house is close to Saxilds Gaard, which was previously home to the famous Skagen painters, and now a museum for their paintings and a short distance to the cozy district Østerby, Brøndums Hotel and the city center with shops and the harbor. If you follow the small path behind the train station, you can walk to the city center in a few minutes. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
