About this house rental
Well-kept cottage located close to Østerby Harbor with the lovely marina, restaurants, fishmongers, shops, shopping, etc. The cottage is located on a large, south-facing plot with fine vegetation. It is quick to take the towel to the beach and take a dip at the marina. The house contains a large living room in open connection with the kitchen and with large windows facing the garden, which provide a good light. There is a spacious hallway, three bedrooms with closet space and a bathroom with shower. One double bed is a 1 1/2 man bed. There are good terraces around most of the house, which makes it always possible to find sun by the house. In addition, there is a carport.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
