The house will be completed in 2020 and is the ideal holiday home for the large family who want lots of activities, good facilities and the most cozy holiday home atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated in a modern and functional style with four large, bright bedrooms with good beds and closet space, loft with good stairs, extra bed in the activity room and a nice large annex with room for two people. The activity room can be used in the evening, on days with gray weather or if you are on holiday in the colder months. Here is both table football, air hockey and darts and thus also a guarantee for many fun hours. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. Here is room for everyone to meet and have fun with cooking, ice machine for ice cubes, meals, games, a good movie or whatever the mood dictates. The room has several windows so that the fascinating light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. There are two good bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, and one has an infrared sauna for cozy moments. In addition, the house is equipped with an air / water heat pump, so small consumption costs can be expected. There are terraces around the house where there is plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. The house's outdoor hot tub and showers are located upstairs in the living room on a covered terrace. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
