About this house rental
Completely unique location with panoramic views of the beautiful, protected nature area & quot; Bovet Bugt & quot; with several kilometers of shallow and child-friendly water. The cottage was completed in 2020 and has a beautiful, natural and Nordic decor with a sloping ceiling and a lovely view of Bovet Bay. The house has three large bedrooms with closet space and loft for two people. There are two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. Utility room with washer and dryer. There is an energy-saving air / water heat pump. From the house it is not far to cozy Østerby harbor with marina, restaurants, fish shop and good shopping. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
